Resource augmentation
A named engineer, architect or PM added to your bench for a defined period. Engineer-day or engineer-month.
Project-based delivery
Defined scope, milestones and acceptance criteria; we own the plan and the go-live. Fixed price against an agreed SOW.
Support contract
Ongoing cover for production infrastructure, including end-of-support platforms. Annual or multi-year.
White-label delivery
We deliver as an extension of your organization, under partner agreement. Per engagement.

Data protection

Backup platform refresh for a financial services firm

Situation
An ageing backup platform was missing its nightly window and had never been restore-tested at scale.
What we did
Reassessed RPO/RTO with the business, designed and migrated to a modern platform with immutable copies, and ran a full restore rehearsal before sign-off.
Outcome
Backup window brought inside the agreed limit and a documented, proven recovery path for the critical systems.
Virtualization

Infrastructure consolidation for a manufacturer

Situation
Sprawl across ageing physical servers, with rising maintenance cost and no consistent recovery position.
What we did
Sized and built a consolidated virtual platform, migrated production workloads in phased maintenance windows, and transferred operations to the internal team.
Outcome
A smaller, supportable estate with a clean recovery design and the customer's own staff running it.
Subcontracted delivery

White-label implementation for a solutions partner

Situation
A partner had won an infrastructure deal but had no certified engineer available inside the committed schedule.
What we did
Provided the implementation engineer and project manager under the partner's brand, working to their templates, cadence and customer-facing reporting.
Outcome
Delivered on the partner's original timeline, with the customer relationship staying entirely with the partner.
